PROF. BAHADIR EGE, M.D.
TSELS Presindet and Board MemberHe was born in 1977 in Seydişehir and completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Ankara. He studied medical faculty at O. Gazi University in Eskişehir between 1995-2001. He completed his general surgery residency training in Ankara Gazi University Hospital General Surgery Department between 2001-2007. He performed his compulsory service as a general surgery specialist in Batman State Hospital and Yalova State Hospital. He held administrative duties as the general surgery department responsible physician and operating room manager in both hospitals. After his mandatory service duties, he returned to Ankara and worked in the general surgery and endoscopy department of Koru Hospital. He was also the chief physician of the hospital. Op. Continues his academic studies in every semester. Dr. Bahadır Ege received the title of Associate Professor and Professor in 2020, after successfully completing the academic criteria and exam set by the Higher Education Institution (CHE) in 2014.
PROF. EMİN ERSOY, M.D.
TSELS Board MemberBetween 1987-2016, he worked in Gazi University Faculty of Medicine General Surgery Department. He continued to work as a lecturer between 1993-1995, as an assistant professor between 1995-1999, as an associate professor between 1999 and 2005, and as a professor between 2005 and 2016. Emin Ersoy, who started working in the General Surgery Department of Istanbul Medistate Kavacık Hospital in 2016, served as the General Director and President of the Obesity Center between 2016 and 2018. He is still working in Medistate Kavacık Hospital, Head of Obesity Center and General Surgery Department.
PROF. ŞÜKRÜ BOZKURT, M.D.
TSELS Board MemberHe graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Medicine. He completed his specialty at Hacettepe University. He continues to work in Ankara Lösante Child and Adult Hospital General Surgery Inc.
PROF. EKMEL TEZEL, M.D.
TSELS Board MemberHe was born in 1964. Her main interests are breast cancer and breast surgery. He is a board member of Ankara Breast Diseases Association. Turkish Surgical Association, Turkey Association of Endoscopic and Laparoscopic Surgery, Hernia Society and is a member of the European Hernia Society. Between 2002-2003, he worked in Ankara Başkent University Faculty of Medicine, Lecturer, Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Breast Surgery Department in 2013 and European Senology Academy, Oncoplastic Breast Surgery, Düsseldorf in 2015.
PROF. ZİYA ANADOL, M.D.
TSELS Board MemberHaving made many innovations in hernia surgery in our country and introduced these innovations in scientific meetings abroad, Prof. Dr. A. Ziya Anadol was born in 1967 in Samsun. After graduating from Samsun Anatolian High School (Samsun Maarif College), he completed his medical education at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1991. He completed his specialty education in Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of General Surgery between 1991-1997. He completed his military service as a commando in Siirt 30-Bed Mobile Surgery Hospital between 1998-1999. Married and has a daughter, Dr. Anadol also owns a cat and a dog.
